Part 1: A handful of pages into 2004

So Carson posted a video yesterday of her leafing through one of her old sketchbooks — and I thought it might be interesting if I stole her idea and ran with it too. It’s not like she owns that idea, you know.

I’ve kept these unlined journals since 1990 and they’ve been the repository of all my first-draft song lyrics. I’m currently on journal #7. Here, I’ve grabbed one at random (‘04-’12) and leafed through the first handful of pages.
